Questions and answers
Once you have registered and opened an Account, the next step is to choose a Subscription model. Subscription models vary in terms of duration. The longer the Subscription period, the more searches are included in the package, and therefore, a longer Subscription period means a lower cost per search performed.
It is possible to cancel the Subscription. For more details about canceling your Subscription, see the Terms of Use.
What if I exceed the number of searches during the Subscription period? In that case, you have two options. If you have used all the number of Subscriptions provided in the Subscription model, you can request early closure of the Subscription model (without charge) and open a new Subscription model that will better suit your needs, or you can continue to use the existing Subscription model, and for all searches over the number of searches included in the Subscription model a new invoice will be issued and delivered to you. "Outnumbered" you will pay for subscriptions at the unit price of the Subscription that is provided for that Subscription model.
The start day of the Subscription is determined by you. If you want your Subscription to start on a specific date, then when choosing a Subscription model and creating an offer, specify a date in the future that you want to be the first day of the start of your Subscription.
If you want your Subscription to start on the day your payment is recorded, then leave the field that specifies the Subscription start date blank.
